On the morning of May 26th, the group company organized subordinate enterprises to purchase, supply, sales, finance, legal related position staff and leaders in charge and group office staff, in the conference room on the fifth floor, I attended the lecture of contract legal risk prevention, which was taught by lawyer Li Hongmin.
Before the meeting, Chen Jianzhong, the deputy general manager of the group company, delivered a speech, welcoming all employees to attend the lecture, hoping that employees can gain something through this training; it emphasizes the great influence of mastering basic legal knowledge on employees' personal life and enterprise development, and proposes that legal risks will be transformed into commercial risks to a certain extent, so it is more important to know the law; it affirms the contribution made by lawyer Li Hongmin to serve as the legal adviser of Dengcao group for a long time.
In the lecture, lawyer Li reviewed what the contract is, the theme of the contract, the content of the contract transaction and the subject matter of the contract, the rights and obligations of the contract and their risk points, the problems in the performance of the contract and their risk points, explain the six aspects of the risk point, relief method and contract archives management of breach of contract. Lawyer Li makes a comprehensive analysis based on the cases in his long-term legal practice. Examples are close to reality and easy to understand. He not only analyzes how to prevent risks as enterprise employees from the perspective of enterprise management, more in combination with the more private lending disputes in the society, when the individual employee is the party concerned, how should he safeguard his legal rights and interests.
Finally, lawyer Li expressed the hope that after the deliberation and adoption of the Civil Code of the People's Republic of China (draft), we can communicate with each other again in combination with the new law.
