II. Qualification requirements of tenderers

IV. Submission of bid documents

4.2 The tenderee will not accept the bid documents that are overdue, not delivered to the designated place or not sealed and marked as required.
4.3 The proposed project manager (engineer) must be present in person to participate in the bidding.
IV. Others
1. In view of the need for technical docking of this project, the project manager (engineer) to be appointed by the bidding unit must go to the site for reconnaissance in advance and have sufficient technical exchanges.
