Bidding Announcement for complete sets of sand mill equipment
The complete sets of sand mill equipment of Henan clevee Nano Carbon Material Co., Ltd. are subject to public bidding. Interested and eligible bidders are welcome to sign up for bidding.
I. Project Overview
1. Project name: 2 sets of 90L Sand Mill slurry system
2. Content of this tender: This tender is to build two new 90L Sand Mill slurry systems
3. Technical requirements:
(1)1000L dispersion tank: 2 high-speed dispersers, 1 low-speed mixer, with scraping edge, weighing system, and the tank body with circulating water cover;
(2)1000L mixing tank, a low-speed mixing motor with scraping edge, and the tank body with circulating water cover;
(3)2000L storage tank, a low-speed stirring motor with scraping edge, and the tank body with circulating water cover;
(4) after the slurry is pretreated in the 1000L dispersion tank, it enters the mixing tank through the filter and iron remover, and the Sand Mill and the mixing tank circulate on a single machine. After meeting the requirements, it enters the finished tank, and the finished tank filters out the iron;
(5) the diameter of grinding carbon nanotube powder is 5 ~ 200nm and the length is 5~15 μm;
(6) configure zircon beads for the first test machine;
(7) check and accept according to the technical index requirements, and it will be regarded as qualified after reaching the stable index and running for one month, and both parties sign and confirm;
(8) the supplier shall be responsible for the on-site technical training of actual operation to ensure that more than three persons of the demander can operate independently.
(9) the design manufacturer can provide more convenient solutions when meeting the above basic requirements;
4. Equipment Installation place: the factory area of Henan KELAIWEI Nano Carbon Material Co., Ltd. (Jiaohe village, Zhongyue district) in Dengfeng industrial agglomeration area.
5. Delivery requirements: delivery is tentatively scheduled one month after the contract is signed.
6. Payment method: any economic dealings between the buyer and the seller shall be remitted to the account through the bank designated by both parties, and the opening bank, account number and tax number of the buyer and the seller shall be indicated in the contract.
II. Registration conditions:
For those with legal personality and the ability to design and manufacture the bidding equipment, the equipment manufacturer has similar mature production equipment at home and abroad.
III. Qualification documents of tenderers
1. The registered supplier shall provide the following prequalification documents:
(1) valid business license, organization code certificate and tax registration certificate (enterprises that have registered and handled the "three certificates in one" must only provide a business license printed with a unified social credit code) (Copies are stamped with official seal);
(2) the ID card of the legal representative and the authorized person (copy with official seal).
(3) If the legal representative is not a legal representative, the legal representative's authorization letter, the copy of the legal representative's ID card and the copy of the authorized client's ID card must be stamped with the official seal.
IV. Bidding
(1) valid business license, organization code certificate and tax registration certificate (enterprises that have registered and handled the "three certificates in one" must only provide a business license printed with a unified social credit code) (Copies are stamped with official seal);
(2) the power of attorney of the legal representative (original copy) and the ID card of the authorized person (both stamped with official seal);
(3) Company Profile and publicity materials, performance of other similar projects, etc., should be stamped with official seal;
(4) complete and detailed technical scheme of the bidding equipment.

(6) quality assurance and after-sales service and other related commitments.
