I. Project Overview
1. Project name: Henan KELAIWEI production line automation control system;
2. Content of this tender: This Tender is the general contracting of automatic control system of three production lines (the fourth, fifth and sixth production lines);
3. Technical requirements
Henan KELAIWEI Nano Carbon Material Co., Ltd mainly produces whisker nanotubes. At present, there are three production lines and supporting Siemens control system. The lower computer adopts Siemens S7-1500 series CPU modules to form the main, process Control of auxiliary equipment and public equipment: the newly added production line control system adopts unified layout and configuration, and is constructed according to CT4 explosion-proof standard, you only need to copy the system for later production expansion (system configuration list is attached)
The power supply of the new system is supplied by the redundant mode of mains power and UPS to improve reliability. The CPU is still composed of S7-1500 and modules, and is only responsible for all logic and action control in the process of one production line, each CPU has a certain connection but is led by the CPU that manages public devices. The Ring network architecture data is uploaded to the central control room and integrated with the existing system to form the control center. 4. Delivery requirements: delivery is tentatively scheduled 60 days after the contract is signed.
