This is another feat on the green transformation road of Dengfeng Hongchang after the implementation of the SCR deep denitration project in September 2018, it has become the only environmentally friendly cement clinker production line with both SCR deep denitration and wet desulfurization in the country and even in the world, which can realize the emission concentration (NOX emission is less than 50mg/m3, the emission of sulfur dioxide is less than 10mg/m3, and the emission of particulate matter is less than 10mg/Nm3).

It is understood that the wet desulfurization project has a total investment of more than 25 million yuan, which was constructed by Guangdong Nanda Environmental Protection Co., Ltd. It started on March 22th, 2019 and was successfully put into operation on July 19th. On July 30th, the first batch of desulfurized gypsum of wet desulfurization products passed the test, and 70 tons were produced and transferred to the gypsum shed of auxiliary materials of cement grinding. Up to now, a total of 150 tons of gypsum have been produced.
Wet desulfurization technology is the most mature and stable efficient desulfurization technology currently used. This technology is widely recognized by cement enterprises due to its high desulfurization efficiency, low equipment corrosion and low operation cost, due to the large investment, it is still the first case in Henan province. Wet desulfurization uses limestone powder as desulfurization absorbent, and water is added to make slurry, which is delivered to the slurry pool of the desulfurization tower by pump; Circulating pump is used to deliver the slurry to the spraying device and spray it evenly into the flue gas, fully mixing with the flue gas, absorption of SO2; The cacotos in the slurry reacts with the absorbed SO2 to generate calcium sulfite, which is oxidized by the air in the drum to generate calcium sulfate, and crystallized with water to generate calcium sulfate dihydrate, namely gypsum; The gypsum slurry contained in the tower is concentrated by the cyclone, after dehydration, the vacuum dehydrator obtains the desulfuration byproduct gypsum, which can be recycled; The flue gas after desulfurization is removed by the demister, and enters the chimney to reach the standard and discharge to the atmosphere.
