Yuan Zhanjun, the general manager of the group, pointed out during the visit that: the differences should be compared between the visits and exchanges of subordinate enterprises; The achievements made by their own enterprises should be summarized; Each enterprise should carry out lean work according to its own actual situation, when encountering difficulties, we should find solutions in time to fundamentally reduce costs and improve benefits for the company. Yuan Hongwei, the director of the improvement office, put forward the requirement that the lean work should be practical and effectively combined with the work, draw inferences from one another, and constantly innovate, improve, summarize and practice; lean training of talents must reach more than 20%, and should move towards the target of 50%; Enterprises should cooperate with group commissioners to do a good job in the compilation of lean topics, covering the process of improvement, statistics, analysis, experience, experience and other contents. According to the work arrangement of looking back, after organizing the visit, the improvement office of the group also conducts spot checks on the areas (5S, TPM, lean teams) that have passed the certification of each enterprise, for areas that have been certified and relocated, the second certification is required. The specialist will score the spot according to the spot check problem, and the areas with a total score lower than 90 will be delisted.

After the visit, the improvement office of the group requires all enterprises to hand over the lean visit, spot check activities and the contents related to the implementation of the enterprise's learning and improvement to the improvement office of the group within 3 days, and it will be summarized by Yuan Hongwei, the director of the improvement office, and reported at the monthly working meeting.

In this activity, four enterprises conducted spot checks on 10 sites in total. The improvement office of the group decided to remove the 5S bronze medal of the drilling machine area of Xinbo company. The lean team of the sales department of the relocation area was rebuilt and the second certification was carried out, warning to the TPM certification of Luoyang Hongchang air compressor room.
