On July 23th, the second phase of lean salon -- lean project thematic exchange meeting of Dengcao Group was held in Dengfeng Hongchang training room. Yuan Hongwei, director of the improvement office of the group, director of the improvement office of 4 production enterprises of the group, some middle-level cadres and project leaders, a total of 30 people participated in the salon activities. At the meeting, Liang Jing, the project specialist, started from the on-site questioning of lean project to the theme of salon communication, and systematically summarized the key points that must be paid attention to in order to do a good job in lean project from eight aspects, including project approval form, letter of commitment, five elements of the project and project emphasis. Li Xianghui, the deputy director of quality control department of Dengfeng Hongchang, and Zhang Shaobin, the deputy director of mine branch, respectively made wonderful sharing from the project of reducing coal consumption and increasing limestone added value. Niu Xiaowei, the financial director of Dengfeng Hongchang, shared the experience of lean project benefit accounting from the financial professional perspective. In the following interactive communication link, the participants of each enterprise had shortcomings in the project promotion work, make speeches on project definition, internal and external visit and sharing, etc. Li Ruili, deputy general manager of Dengfeng Hongchang, briefly summarized the process of the enterprise's promotion of Lean projects in the past three years by taking the initiative to integrate into lean, colliding and exchanging experiences, and proposing problems and solving them intensively, fully affirm lean salon activities.
