Before the start of the class, Yuan Zhanguo, chairman of the group, delivered a speech. He stressed that carrying out middle and high-level training is a practical need for the group to improve its management level and enhance its development momentum. He hoped that the management cadres participating in the training would calm down and concentrate on studying attentively so as to improve themselves. He asked everyone to abide by the training discipline, listen carefully and take notes; Apply what they have learned to make enterprise management by going up one flight of stairs. According to the lean improvement promotion plan of Dengcao Group in 2021, the improvement office of the group has set up MTP lean training courses for middle and senior managers, and plans to use April, June and August, A series of management skills training will be conducted two days a month.
Teacher Gao Zhiming introduced the course from the brief history of MTP training and explained the basis and process of management. The course focuses on the combination of theory and actual combat, practicality and actual effect. It adopts the method of group discussion, analyzes typical cases, and shares management experience and ideas through communication, reach a consensus on the two basic principles of respecting humanity and scientific methods contained in the discussion topic. Teacher Gao ignited the training site with interaction, typical stories and on-site cases to guide the thinking of each audience and make the teaching tools popular and practical.
