Speech by Yuan Zhanguo, chairman of Zhengzhou Dengcao Group Co., Ltd, at the 2019 summary and commendation conference
Time flies, time flies like an arrow, with a flick of a finger, 2019 has passed. Today, we gather together again to hold a summary commendation meeting. Here, on behalf of the board of directors of the group company, I would like to extend a warm welcome and heartfelt thanks to all the guests, friends and all the staff members present! I would like to extend my heartfelt congratulations to the advanced units, model workers and technology patent certificate winners who have won various awards today!
The year of 2019 can be described as "ten years of building materials Road, the sunny day finally" for our Dengcao Group. Since 2010, after our group transferred most of its equity, we have entered an era of cement as the main business. However, from 2009 when cement enterprises were officially put into operation to 2016, we lived a poor, hard and hard life. Since 2017, the market situation has gradually improved, and 2019 has ushered in a good market situation. Coupled with the hard work of all employees of cement enterprises, we have achieved the best benefits since the production. Congratulations! At the same time, our other enterprises are also flourishing, especially the trial production and operation of the new project "Henan KELAIWEI carbon nanotube project", which has injected new vitality into the sustainable development of our enterprise.
Just now, the general manager has made a comprehensive summary of the work in 2019 and made a comprehensive deployment of the work in 2020. I will not talk more. What I want to talk about today is the issue of sustainable development.
Comrades, our Dengcao Group has gone through 47 years. In the past 47 years, although we have suffered setbacks, encountered great difficulties and experienced many detours, we can proudly say that we have been developing continuously and moving forward steadily, always on the road of healthy development. So, how do we go in the future and how to stick to sustainable development? I think we must stick to the following points:
First, stick to the new project. If you want to build a century-old enterprise, you must have new projects to support it. In the new era of the great development of science and technology, the century-old enterprise in traditional industries is impossible to exist and must be updated or updated. For example, our coal enterprises have declined and our cement enterprises have caught up. There are always new enterprises and new products to replace them. Of course, the best development is the further development of the industrial chain, because the extension of the industrial chain has less investment, quick results, low cost, market and good benefits. For example, Dengfeng Hongchang went to the second grinding station in 2016, which made all of our cement clinker turn into cement and leave the factory, and the profit of output value increased significantly. In 2017, we went to the aggregate production line again, which once again greatly increased the profit of our output value. Therefore, we hope that each of our enterprises should always consider the extension of the industrial chain and the upgrading of products.
As far as our group is concerned, we have set up 9 coal mines and 14 non-coal enterprises in history. It is because of our continuous development of new projects and new enterprises that our group company can survive and develop continuously.
Second, adhere to the correct decision-making and always follow the road of steady development. Do not make blind decisions, do not exceed the capacity to make decisions, and gradually develop, roll and continue to develop on the premise of keeping the parent enterprise free from significant losses.
The third is to insist on reform and innovation and keep the industry leading forever. Any enterprise will be eliminated soon if it fails to catch up with innovation. For example, other coal mines in the well field of malingshan are all closed, and only our Jinling and jinxing coal mines are in operation. It is because our Jinling and jinxing coal mines insist on innovation and scientific mining. From the very beginning, they cooperated with China University of Mining and Technology to carry out the mining of the liberation layer, pumping gas up and generating electricity, if we subdued the gas, we could continue to work. Our Hongchang cement plant pioneered the national cement enterprises last year, with the SCR deep Denitration System. This year, it also pioneered the cement enterprises in the whole province, with the desulfurization system. This has laid a solid foundation for our enterprise to continue production and not be eliminated.
Fourth, adhere to the people-oriented principle and create happy enterprises. Any enterprise requires people to do it. The human factor comes first. At any time, people should be reused, trained, discovered, and applied according to materials. Let everyone work happily, live happily, develop together, get rich together, live a long and healthy life, and be respected. Everyone feels that he is the happiest in this enterprise and the most secure in this enterprise, so that he can never leave, stick to it for a long time, and even become a lifelong employee. Only enterprises can operate efficiently and develop sustainably.
The fifth is to keep pace with the times. Any enterprise must catch up with the pace of the development of the times, so that the enterprise can continue to develop. For example, the current coal enterprises must be mechanized, automated, reduce personnel, improve efficiency, and improve the welfare of employees. Otherwise, it will be difficult for the enterprises to operate if the workers cannot be recruited. On the other hand, safety must be guaranteed. Once there is a slightly serious accident, the enterprise may be closed. For example, if our cement enterprises do not do well in environmental protection and cannot achieve ultra-low emission, Green factories and green mines, it will be difficult to continue to operate. Environmental protection is currently the biggest national policy. Therefore, we hope that all our enterprises should keep pace with the times, look at the situation and make timely decisions, otherwise there will be the possibility of being eliminated.
Comrades, as long as we do the above, I believe that our Enterprise will continue to develop and the ideal of building a century-old enterprise will be realized!
