III. Qualification documents of tenderers
1. The registered supplier shall provide the following prequalification documents:
(1) basic information of the company (legal representative, registered capital, registration time, industry, enterprise type, etc.). Valid business license, organization code certificate and tax registration certificate (enterprises that have registered and handled "three certificates in one" only need to provide business license with unified social credit code) (Copies are stamped with official seal);
(2) the ID card of the legal representative and the authorized person (copy with official seal);
(3) if it is not the legal representative, it must carry a valid letter of authorization from the legal representative, a copy of the ID card of the legal representative and a copy of the ID card of the authorized client with the official seal;
(4) annual report of the company;
(5) list of key customers and contracts of the company;
(6) other information of the company (whether the enterprise has complaints and disputes, etc.)

(2) the power of attorney of the legal representative (original copy) and the ID card of the authorized person (both stamped with official seal);
